Zagroda bOBRA
A camping field, kayak rental, and a space for group events on the Obra river in Pszczew commune, near the Międzyrzecz Fortified Region (MRU). We're building this place — from the ground up, over several seasons.
Where the name comes from
Zagroda bOBRA is a piece of land in Lubuskie province, right on the Obra river — amid birdsong, the sounds of water, forest, fields, and meadows. The name brings together two of this place's treasures: a homestead (zagroda) for people, and the beavers (bobry in Polish) for whom this stretch of river is home.
We're creating this place out of a ruined, neglected farmstead — pulling its hidden potential out, step by step. It will take a few years. We post construction progress regularly on Facebook — drop by if you want to watch this piece of the valley change, season by season.
What we're building
We grow step by step. First, the essentials: power, toilets, showers, parking. Further additions roll out gradually, guided by what our guests ask for — because we want to build this for you.
We open across the next few seasons — step by step. Leave your email and we'll let you know when you can start booking a stay.
